Returns Policy
1. Eligible Products: To maintain the highest hygiene standards, innerwear and intimate items (such as bras, panties, shape wear, and undershirts) are non-returnable. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
2. Return Timeframe: Contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe a return is necessary.
3. Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these criteria will not be processed, so please ensure items remain in new condition.
Exchange Policy
• Size Exchange: We understand that finding the right fit is important. For unopened, unworn innerwear, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, depending on availability.
• Exchange Process: Reach out to us at Support@hfstudio.in with your order number and desired size. Once the original item is received and verified, we’ll promptly ship the new size.
• Stock Availability: Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, but please note that availability may vary. If your requested size is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative options.
Refunds & Processing
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item passes inspection. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is processed.
• Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective item.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
Quality Assurance
Each item undergoes careful inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you find a defect, contact our team within 48 hours of receipt so we can promptly address the issue.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
